Your games console will be sent directly to your registered name and address.

We will process and ship out the order as soon as possible, however, please still allow up to 28 days for delivery to take place.

Unfortunately, as we explained on the phone, you won’t be able to ask us to send or sell your gift to anyone else, swap it for anything else (including a different console) or get cash instead. You won’t be able to receive your gift at all if you have left (or asked to leave) us.
